Recipe – Basil Pecan Pesto

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient — Preparation Method

3   bunches  Parsley Sprigs

2  cups  Blended Oil

1 cup  Garlic Cloves

1 cup  candied pecans

1  cup  parmasen cheese

4  Cups  Basil leaves

to taste  salt and pepper

First puree the parsley with the oil. This is important puree this first before adding any other ingredients!

Next add in the remaining ingredients and puree.

You may need additional oil to puree add as needed.

Season with salt & pepper.

Yield:”2 1/2 quarts”
