Waitstaff / Bartenders:
The Austin Club, Austin’s premier private dining club is looking for experienced bartenders/ servers to become part of a well-seasoned team of employees. You’ll be expected to step up to the plate when needed to assist with food orders if need be, the individual must have knowledge of the standard traditional style of cocktails & should have all working documents and certifications. The Austin Club, is a non-cash operation, with members signing for all services. Applications are being accepted daily at 110 East 9th St., Austin, TX 78701. The club provides Health Ins, Retirement, and Life Ins. paid sick leave, vacation time, paid holidays, uniforms, holiday bonus, time & 1/2 after 40 hours.Free meals and non-alcoholic beverages.

The club is NOT a late-night venue style of operation. we are closed on Monday evenings, only open for Brunch on Sundays, and don’t open until 4:00 on Saturdays. Tuesday – Friday we are open until 8:30 depending on functions taking place.
AM & PM Line Cooks:
You must be able to work as a team player and will oversee evening a la carte dining along with assisting with banquets. The Austin Club staff is very well versed and has great knowledge (our average staff has been here 7-1/2 years). This is an opportunity to put your skills and knowledge to work in an environment where you will be appreciated.
This position is currently approx. 25 hours a week but will be full-time in the next few months with complete benefits (see below). Hours are primarily from 2:00 pm to close (generally 9:30 or so). We are closed all day Sunday, except for a few holidays, and are not a late-night dining facility. The Club closes at 9:00 pm or earlier Tues-Thur and we are closed Monday evenings when the Legislature is not in session. We are also closed on most Federal holidays. When full-time hours become available your benefits include: Health insurance, Life insurance, paid vacation, and retirement paid by Club.

Buffet Attendant:
This position will require occasionally working a noon-time and possibly evening shift.
